30-Day Refund Window

We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within this period.

Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the product amount, with the following condition:

  • A deduction of PKR 500 for delivery charges will be made from your refund amount.
  • Exception: If your order was placed during a sale (where no delivery charges were applied at the time of purchase), no delivery charges will be deducted and you will receive the full amount back.
